How Jail Notarization Works

I walk family members through the entire process so nothing is confusing or missed.

1. Contact the Facility
Let them know a notary will be coming for an inmate. Some facilities require the inmate’s booking number.

2. Prepare the Document
Make sure the document is complete (no blank spaces) and includes the correct notarial wording.

3. Schedule the Appointment
Call or text me to confirm availability. I handle the check-in process with the facility upon arrival.

4. Verification & Signing
I meet with the inmate in a designated visitation or attorney room. They must have valid ID

5. Notarization
I complete the certificate on-site and return the notarized document to you or follow the delivery instructions you provide.
